| An old question asks: How do they know no two snowflakes are the same? We might ask the same question about irises.
I have a friend who makes artificial eyes. He begins with a photograph of the recipient's good eye in order to make a good match.
There could be a story of intrigue in this. Bad guys kidnap protagonist. Make 3D image of protag's eyeball using small hi-res 3D camera. Make artificial copy accurate in all details. Put eyeball into the head of a one-eyed bad guy. Hack protag's accounts, wall safe, security access to wherever, etc.
Or the one-eyed guy could be the good guy.
Now you got me started. |
