| Earlier today, the doorbell rang. When I opened the door, a small package with the word "Harrods" stamped all over it had been deposited on my doorstep, out of sight of anyone passing by. The address on the package had my name and my home address ... but the package had been sent to the university. Alice had asked for my address and, as with all overseas senders, I gave my husband's name and address at the university. Alice had the correct address, but she had sent it to me not my husband. Somehow, the package was re-addressed and arrived safely -- the wonders of the British determination to deliver a package safely to the right person! Inside the box lurked an adorable Easter bunny clutching a chocolate egg. I'm still smiling. Thank you, Alice, for such a kind and thoughtful gift. _________________ Shelagh Watkins http://shelaghwatkins.co.uk/

Shelagh.. Alice has a kind and generous heart, he or she is a beautiful Easter Bunny, I love the touch with the Chocolate egg...Harrods is great, over twenty years ago I had a charge account with them, after a few years I kept screwing up the payment in dollars instead of converting it to pounds....
" Happy Easter" Cheers..Joe |

| Shelagh, No other publisher would have done it half as well. The book is me --though and through. As you know I had given up on having it published, Now I am having so much fun giving it away. |

| Thanks, Joe, I will have to pass. If the bunny is dark chocolate, I can eat him. |

| Shelagh, did you get your invitation to the royal wedding or is it still "in the mail"?
Mine got lost for sure. Should I send them an easter egg? |

Well, if the invitation doesn't arrive, Abe, they don't get the present. _________________ Shelagh Watkins http://shelaghwatkins.co.uk/

| I am a peasent I don't qualify for a Royal invite. Still I shall enjoy not watching the wedding on TV and just reflect on the fact that I already know what being married to a princess is all about... Sorry I have to dash......."Coming princess! " |
