Hi I was just wondering whether anybody could point me to some significantly sized alternative health publishers?

Orfa, if you do an Amazon books search for "alternative health," lots of titles come up. I browsed a few of their publishers; they were all big ones like McGraw-Hill and Wiley. So it appears that you don't need to limit your search to just alternative health publishers, unless you have a specific reason to do so.

Take a look at Behler Publications. I met their editor, Lynn Price recently and they might be into what your are doing.
