I got an email from Real Simple magazine the other day that led to this page:

The recipe looked good, so I fixed it for Sunday dinner for the kids. I added the Warm Feta Spread as our appetizer(see the picture to the right side of the page and click), and some shredded brussel sprouts sauteed in olive oil since Lynn likes lots of vegetables. Everything turned out really good, so I thought I would share. We had a very nice Cabernet to go with. I'm enjoying the last bit of it right now.
Love Sunday evenings. Next week Lynn's in-laws will be in town. I'm going to her house early to teach her to make my famous Tinga de Pollo (stewed chicken in chipotle sauce). Life is good.
