Charlie, has your 6 months contract run out at Amazon Shorts?
Otherwise, you might shouldn't be "giving it away", so to speak.

Brew,

First, thank you for purchasing the short early on. Second, yes this short is well past six months. My desire was to present it to forum members outside the US who can't purchase it anyway. At least not now. Of course, I'm like anybody else, I want people to buy it (that is the purpose of publishing it), but sometimes if you present a "free copy" it may be something someone will like and they may be inclined to see what else you've done. Thanks again.

You're welcome, Charlie. Back when we all began submitting shorts to
Amazon, I tried to get all the ones of people that I knew and posted
with at PA. Mine was Good Ol' Boys ~ Catfishin'. When Wizards
of Words began putting together their anthology, it was beyond the 6
months contract and I asked them to release it to me - so I could have
it included in the Anthology. They agreed, and it is STILL available at
Amazon Shorts! Best of both worlds! LOL

Maybe Shelagh wouldn't mind if you used your original Word document of
your short, and post it here - maybe in the "BOOKS" or "FIRST CHAPTERS"
section.
