| Georgia has become our special baby in that region. Trying to break up the former soviet block continues. Bush is trying to get a “missile shield” approved with much reluctance by many European countries but now has an agreement with Poland. In order to get more people on board and show Russia as a threat, the situation with Georgia plays into these politics. Keep in mind that during an election year, military engagement or the threats of new hostilities are intended to keep the same party in the Whitehouse. History is repeating itself. This is just my opinion, of course. _________________ "To Beirut and Back" http://www.freewebs.com/abemarch |

| Interesting video, Lin. The announcer's reaction was...well, what can be said about it? All this is one more reason why I like to read the news in papers in other countries. _________________ Mystery Writers of America, Private Eye Writers of America www.dickstodghill.com |
