| My first book, "Time Is But A Stream," was a collection of short stories published as a paperback in 1999. The stories are electic, ranging from autobiographical to horror, and most are set in exotic tropical locations I have visited.
"The Paradise Connection" was a PI mystery published in 2000. It's set on the Big Island of Hawaii, where I lived for 23 years.
"Terpsichore's Children" (2003) is a novel based on my life and the most interesting people I met along the way. The settings include Michigan, South Florida, Vietnam, Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, Alaska and Washington state. The story is told in stand-alone chapters with brief passages in italics as transitions between chapters. (Terpsichore was the muse of dance in ancient Greek mythology and the novel uses dance as a metaphor of relationships.) |

| Nothing beats living in or traveling to exotic locales when one's looking for settings for books! You've seen a lot of diverse places.
